To this end, we are committed to delivering within 24/48 hours throughout Europe (delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days for the islands), through a network of partners that guarantees the safety of shipments and speed of delivery.
The number of days expected for delivery of orders is calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date of registration.

- for deliveries in mainland Portugal and Spain, the carrier will contact you and attempt a new delivery
- for deliveries to the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos, delivery is carried out by CTT, so your order will be left at the nearest CTT post to be collected
- for deliveries to another country, an email will be sent with tracking data where you can manage the delivery.

We currently only accept exchanges and returns for purchases made in the online store. All purchases made at brand resellers must be handled directly with the reseller.

Oito.Um fabrics are selected according to the type of intended use and the maintenance of their differentiating characteristics will be longer lasting if care is taken when washing and drying the pieces. then:
- pay close attention to the first wash. Preferably wash the items inside out, by hand, in cold water, and without mixing other items;
- in subsequent washes, the temperature must remain cold or, at most, 30º;
- always pay attention to whether or not the product allows the use of centrifugation;
- avoid using fabric softeners when washing;
- dry the articles inside out, in a place without direct sunlight;
- check specific instructions on the internal label of your pieces
