What inspired Andreia to join the Fitness Life?

For Andreia, getting into fitness was a natural and essential complement to her involvement in triathlon. Regular physical activity not only improved her skills and strength but also brought countless benefits to her health and well-being.

"Physical activity increases my energy and improves my daily mood. My sleep quality and self-esteem have also improved. During competitions, I feel stronger and more agile," shares Andréia. Her passion for triathlon and fitness is a constant source of inspiration and motivation for her.

Why did Andreia sign up for the 8.1|oito.um Casting?
